Dear Juneau Biosciences Community Member,
This latest issue of the Endometriosis Research Study Newsletter covers several recent developments at Juneau. This update will review many of the ways we have made progress in our endometriosis research... from receiving participant feedback and supporting endometriosis awareness organizations, to sample collection and ground-breaking scientific discoveries. We appreciate your continued interest in Juneau as we approach the development of a noninvasive test for endometriosis. We are quite pleased with our forward momentum!
Sincerely,
Every day, more women sign up to make a difference by participating, bringing us closer to reaching our target sample numbers!
Find out what the next steps will be once we meet our goal, and what you can do to help expedite the process. We have made significant progress since we sent an update in January!
Juneau Biosciences is proud to support the mission of the Endometriosis Foundation of America of advancing endometriosis research and patient advocacy initiatives!
Several Juneau representatives attended the medical symposium and Blossom Ball hosted by the organization in New York City on May 20th. The event was a success!
In an analysis of DNA samples from over 3,000 women, Juneau’s scientists discovered a number of DNA variations that were different in women with endometriosis from those without the condition. These gene discoveries were presented at the Annual Meeting for the Society of Gynecologic Investigation in Orlando, Florida in March.
Find out what women had to say about their experience participating in the Genetic Endometriosis Research Study.
Excitement about our research is world-wide. Women from all over the world are contacting Juneau and expressing their interest in putting an “End to Endo!”
