Chances are, you or someone you know suffers from endometriosis. It is estimated that over 10 million American women are afflicted with endometriosis, a common gynecological condition. By enrolling in the Genetic Endometriosis Research Study, women can help researchers identify the genes responsible for the condition.
The cause of this disease is currently unknown, its diagnosis is invasive, and most of its therapies are only partially effective. The purpose of this research study is to investigate the genes responsible for predisposing women to endometriosis. By identifying these genetic variants, our team of health professionals and scientists plans to develop noninvasive diagnostics and earlier and more effective therapies for this often-debilitating condition.
Juneau Biosciences, LLC is the private research firm conducting this genetic research in endometriosis and is searching for qualified participants to volunteer for the study. Find out how you can participate and contribute to the solution!
